- We will come to your home and clean up your yard so you don't have to...
...teach him this...you won't need us...
- We will come on short notice when needed...before your bar-b-q…before that big backyard gathering...
- We can do on thursdays or fridays so that your yard is "clean" for the weekend...(or a day or two before your garbage day)...
- Will pick up all, clean up your yard, and and bag it all…
- Bags will be tied shut and clean, and will be left for YOUR regular garbage pick-up. (in YOUR trash can)...
- Normal 'spring' pickup is approximately 2 to 3 'grocery bags' …and yes - that is kind of gross…believe me…I know…

- Spring Clean-up $49-$89
(First Yard Pick Up Of The Year) Extra Dog add $20/per…please read 'and just so you know' next...
- First Visit rates are $29
(not 1st pick up of season…just 1st visit to your house) …extra dog add $10 per dog...
- Weekly or Bi-Weekly ongoing service $19/weekly $29/bi-weekly

*** Chihuahuas / Corgis / cute little Terriers - they may be small…but they still crap all over your yard…so they aint cheaper or easier to clean up…lots of hidden gems in your backyard…kind of like Easter morning when you were a little kid…except for the really lousy eggs...ANYWAYS - one grocery bag full for a small dog is a lot of picking up (as you well know)...our service will scour your yard and clean it thoroughly…we are bonded, insured, safe, secure, trustworthy and all of that other crap...
***Labs / Shepherds / St Bernards / Meathounds / Clifford the Big Red Dog / Scooby Doo etc...- If you own one of these or any similar large breed…you know your dog craps a lot…and that's why you are reading this…so I know that you will understand this - If your dog has a really big collection of 'trophies'...expect to pay a little more…(like $10)…and this still does not mean that I am cleaning and bagging any 'mountains of poo" (some people scoop and toss their pet waste into a big pile somewhere on their property…some city homeowners have a fenced back yard and use the 'non-used' side of the house as a fecal landfill/construction zone for the assembly of poo mountains)… THIS WILL BE EXTRA $$…just so you know…
***so little dogs - for 'normal' clean up amounts should be one bag full…medium dogs 1-2, and large dogs should be 2 full bags…any more than that should be considered extra…I am pretty sure that most people understand this, and understand what we are dealing with here...
***the business end of this little endeavour is pretty simple…I clean up your yard…can do once or on any continual basis that you would like...It doesn't cost a ton..it's well worth it and beneficial for both of us…for ongoing service I will work with your schedule to determine what day to clean your yard…while also leaving room to be flexible with my schedule…(it's really simple)....I am reliable and trustworthy...and will show up every week...police-checked, bonded and fully insured… call me anytime if you would like to use this service…thank you...

CONTINUAL SERVICE
**We set up weekly or bi-weekly routes if you would like. Rates are $17 weekly ...Bi-weekly rate is $26...We will set a convenient day of the week with you and an approximate time. Usually somewhere close to your garbage pick up day, but can also be late in week (for clean weekend)... These rates are for a "normal" sized yard...First time clean-up charge is $29/fee, then reverts to weekly or bi-weekly charge...Extra dog - $5/ea...If you would like monthly rate...can figure out a price...
**Multiple dogs - no problem - just add $5 per additional dog...I am sure that you understand and don't really require an explanation...
CAT SERVICE
**Cat litter box service available where requested - full emptying, cleaning of area in house and the litter box itself, and new litter placed inside. (Customer supplies liners, litter and any other requirements - but we can arrange to pick up supplies for you as well)...All waste and old litter bagged and cleanly put into YOUR garbage for normal garbage collection. Service can be scheduled for weekly or bi-weekly visits. $26 ($23.01 + $2.99 HST) If customers require food and Kitty Litter delivery - can be arranged on an individual basis...
