make your home brighter this winter
…something that many people do not think about doing - remove your window screens in the late fall and store them in your garage or basement…the extra light may really surprise you, the screens will stay clean, dry, and will not weather…if you have never done this before - just remember - you hardly ever open your windows in our Ontario winter, and even if you do - there aren't any bugs to come in anyways…and your home will benefit from much more light...
...prior to storing them for the winter, you can have them cleaned and wiped down by Bluewater EPA and the Aztec screen cleaner…We also can replace any worn/torn screen mesh…
...or if they are pretty clean already - just brush them off and give them a wipe down yourself..make sure to store your screens in an upright position, and cover them with an old sheet...

Gutter Cleanouts
Bluewater EPA will clean out your gutters - from leaves, twigs and other build-up - check and un-plug all downspouts, water test gutters, and spray wash them. The rate is for an average 60-80 lineal feet of gutters. Larger houses with any extra length over 80' will be charged a bit more. We work up to 1-1/2 storeys, and will consider 2 storey homes, if not too difficult...

**We do a check of your gutters (and roof shingles) while we work, and will advise where gutters or shingles are loose, broken, or in need of repair...We will advise you and offer our advice on the state of your shingles and the gutters - We have no affiliation with roofing or gutter companies - we will ONLY be advising you on the conditions...
We can however - do some minor gutter and downspout repairs at an additional reasonable cost if you would like...

pressure washing
Bluewater EPA can pressure wash the exterior of your home, bring some of the old lustre to your vinyl siding... Our process will remove most dirt and soil, removing spider webs, spider droppings where we can, and generally get your house much cleaner than it was…We only use pressure washer approved soaps (no acids or other chemicals). After cleaning your home's exterior - we take ample time to rinse and lightly wash down all of your plants and shrubs to remove any soap from them, and keep from happy and healthy.

Leaf/Yard Clean-up/refuse removal
Bluewater EPA will blow your leaves, mulch and mow your yard , and bag all of the leaves...and leave your yard relatively spotless... Mulching with a bagged mower can leave a small amount of mulch on your lawn - but it is VERY good for it…Will put all bagged leaves out to the road for your recycle day...I may work alone, but when having helper (or helpers) hourly rate goes up, but generally will be the same overall charge...We will stack or tie all branches from yard...and any other yard cleanup jobs can be added to workload. Transport to the Sarnia eco-friendly landfill for brush and yard waste can be arranged at extra charges where needed or wanted...

**We supply all bags and all blowers, mowers and equipment required. We charge roughly $85/hr for two workers, $105/hr for 3 workers...(we are quick)...most ‘average’ city yards will be somewhere between $120 and $160...
***YARD CLEAN-UP / REFUSE PICK-UP Any yard clean-up service and removal to Sarnia City Green Recycle (leaves or yard waste or brush) - OR - to Curran Recycling (Garbage & Junk) will have a minimum 1 hour labor charge, as well as a 1 hour charge for transport to dump (plus Curran/City fee)...
SO - if you have a PICKUP TRUCKLOAD of a few thing to go the dump - the charge will be a minimum of $70 + Dump fee of $30...
***Please note - I will charge NO UP CHARGE on either disposal charge... (Curran is approx $30 -$50, depending on weight... City is $30 for full load of brush)...
